Our league has slowly died so we plan to jump ship in 5 days,

We'd like a UK league that race every night or at least every other night after 8pm

You could always join my league (which I host), but it might take a few seasons until Elite fills up.

Can an elite player enter a new league in the elite devision, or does he need to start in the beginner devision?

they enter a new league in elite if they are elite.
they enter in pro if they are pro.
they enter in rookie if they are rookie.
