Yes, well sort off.
33 Engi, 22 mech
needed to fit all parts bar engine is 34 eng and 20 mech i think. I know i am 1 short but all the way through season 1 and the start of season 2 with this team and all the way through season 1 with my 2nd account i noticed you dont need full engi/mech's to fit all parts. i noticed you can be 2 short and the parts will still fit, now i am 1 person short and should fit it.
I always make sure too by saving it and reloading the page, thats how i found out i can be 2 people short on each staff positions. When the page comes up all parts that will be changed still have the tick, any that do not have the tick removed. This race and the others the internals still had the tick.
With a twinkle in the eye and lots of sarcasm:
You need 34 and have 33. You might be a "new age" manager thinking that anything is possible if you only think it is, but in the real world that means you have not enough staff. Its maybe one of our biggest problems these days that managers think what worked yesterday must work tomorrow as well.
Maybe your staff doesn't want to fit your cars any longer, as you let them work extra shifts and overtime just to save the money of 1 extra engineer but building a brandnew car every race for a bazillion of bucks. Next they'll found a workers council or stop completely to fit your car. You might do it on your own than. They might want to find out, if it works with 1 manager refitting anything as well... ;-)
IF there is a bug, than it sits in front of the monitor. You were lucky of fitting parts with less staff (which is
completely pointless to do or even try but thats another story). So be lucky instead of expecting your luck to become a rule and than moan about it.
I can't believe you did that 3 races long...
