These features:
1 - Collisions, Depends on how aggresive people set their drivers like push, attack etc. Red flag & yellow flag all.
2 - Safety Car & Virtual safety car and flags
3 - Ultra Soft Tires
4 - Damage to the car realisticly on collision.
5 - Add the feature where if we dont maintain our car it can have problems like brake failure, engine failure etc and we should have option to manually retire our car aswell.
6 - Let us upload our own custom logos for team.
7 - Different Driver names & ability to change driver name or country without coins.
8 - Custom helmet & number.
9 - When the first driver completed the race then let all other drivers complete the race aswell maybe we can see overtakes in last lap that would be cool.
10 - Add new tracks that are still remaining to add. like baku etc.
11 - Radio messages during race.
12 - Ability to have custom pictures of drivers If we want to buy through coin.
13 - Ability to load the game during qualifiying so we can see qualifiying aswell.
14 - More sponsors, Different objectives......If team is bad the objective should be lower and If team is good objective should be hire.
15 - A league where two members can team up as a one team....... For example: We will name the team "blue" and one car would be his and one mine but same team, He will control the one car and I will control one car.
16 - New system where we can change our "PIT CREW" If they are slow etc.. This system can also be added and would be intresting.

1 - Realistic but not funny
2 - Realistic but not funny
3 - Realistic but not funny
4 - Realistic but not funny
5 - Actually happening with suspension, but also could happens with engine and other parts... Anyway not very necessary feature.
6 - Cool
7 - No problem with token spend, but would be cool driver pic customization?
8 - Very cool
9 - Realistic but not funny since those lap lost would run out fuel.
10 - Nice
11 - Do you mean audio sound while changing push? Good point but anoying since i'm changing push everytime.
12 - 7
13 - Realistic but not funny
14 - Even more sponsors?
15 - Not realistic and not funny
16 - Would be nice a chief mechanic staff for that (and pit time related with fuel load)
Abdullah Abbas medal 5000 7 years 117 days ago
What do you mean by not funny? I dont get it and these are the things that will make game unpredictable and fun to watch and more stragetic.
Abdullah Abbas medal 5000 7 years 117 days ago
15 - Not realistic? So you meant to say one driver drives two cars in a f1 race, cool... We can see partnerships through this and new leagues of two two drivers and that would be fun.. Different nationalities partnership in leagues together and it would be more competitive since both team members can talk about it make plans etc.

9 - How would they run out of fuel on last lap when they have fuels for the laps they race for?

1. I've played a number of other Racing Management games, and Collisions are not a good idea. More often than not, all they cause is people to quit cause they get frustrated at the collisions.
2. This is the first Racing Management game where a Safety Car would actually work, cause if you are watching live you can react to it for a pit stop. The purpose in a game is lost, however. In reality, the Safety Car is to protect the marshals who have to remove debris/cars from the track and protect the drivers. Since this is all virtual, there is no-one to protect really. And if you aren't available to be online, then the options of when to pit due to a safety car would be quite complex to implement.
3. I like the Idea, though I think with the wear rate of Super Softs at a lot of tracks, you would need a very good car to make them work, widening the gap between established teams, and new teams.
4. See #1
5. It appears they are already working on this with suspension failures.
6. 100% Agree, this would be great!
7. Every other management game I've played, changing staff names has been a paid option. I would think if someone wants to put together a list of new names for a nationality of drivers that adding it into the game would be pretty straightforward, depending on how the backend database is configured.
8. 100% Agree, would love this one.
9. This is already is realistic... In all forms of motor racing (that I am familiar with) the race finishes when First Place crosses the line to complete the last lap. If a car is 3 laps down, they don't get to complete those 3 laps.
10. Adding tracks is probably a pretty complex thing, that I would imagine they are already working on.
11. We already have radio messages when we change the push level or make a strategy call to pull a driver into the pits for a strategy change, or weather change.
12. Happy for this change.
13. Would love to be able to watch Qualifying, but it wouldn't fit into the 10 minutes lock time before the start of a race.
14. Your objective is already tailored to you based on your past performances and your qualifying position. More sponsors mean more money in the game. Financial changes always have to be exceptionally well managed, and planned out, because they have extremely far-reaching effects across the game.
15. The tough one here is working out who pays for the Staff (CD, DR, and TD) and who's facilities get used, etc.
16. In any racing category with refuelling, the pit time is controlled by how long it takes to put fuel in the car. In current F1 we see pit times as quick as 2 seconds cause they don't have to put fuel in the cars. When F1 had refuelling the average pit stop time was 6-8 seconds, depending on how much fuel they were putting in the car.

I notice that you have only a short time in the game, I have not tried to explain my views to not end up making a post as long as Ryan, but I will try to answer some of your questions.
15 - This is a game of managers and is played to be managers. If you want to play as a driver I think it would be more appropriate to download a normal game of cars, not a game of managing. Think about it, who would lead the team in the normal tasks of managing? If your partner does not show up in the live race, are you going to fire him? I do not know, it seems unworkable.
9 - The winner of the race puts 25kg in the last stint and the last classified puts 25kg also in the last same stint, the one who wins is 0.3kg and the last one also has 0.3kg but is 2 laps behind, it is impossible for him to finish the race. Unless you calculate the fuel very well, if you rely on the estimated laps you will run out of fuel. Make the test if you want.
@Ryan 11. We already have radio messages when we change the push level or make a strategy call to pull a driver into the pits for a strategy change, or weather change.
Really? I never hear them and I have the sound activated.
Ryan Wilksch medal 5000 7 years 115 days ago
Fair point Rory, I've never played with sound enabled.
I feel like it's obvious a radio message is being made, cause I wouldn't have expected we were telepathically telling the driver how hard to push, or when to pit (if changing strategy). As you said, this isn't a driving game, it's a management game.
Obviously, those radio calls don't have any game audio associated with them. From what I've read of the way some managers manage their drivers, with different push levels for each corner, I imagine it would get pretty frustrating to hear the radio messages all the time.

@Abdullah Abbas
1, 2 & 4: Collisions and Safety Car would ruin the game in my opinion. For one it would create far too much data for the current system to handle, also ask yourself how would you go about implementing this system into the game? How would you be able to keep the game Fair and playable if you added Collisions and damage? Would not every over take including lapping back markers cause collisions to some extent? With the current system adding in Crashes or Safety Car would destroy most of the managers that play the game, for the simple fact that not all managers can be on the game at the time of the race, this is why the system is as flexible as it is.
3: Ultra soft tyres would currently be useless in the game, the degradation on the SS tyres are at the minimum 15% currently, adding Ultra’s would mean having to revaluate the degradation of the other Tyre Compounds.
5: This is already in the game.
6: The Devs have already done this before, they have removed it for the simple fact is that it could easily be abused by placing in rude or offensive words or pictures, which is probably why it was removed in the first place.
7: Pointless, Changing Driver’s names and Nationalities, should stay the same.
8: Great idea, though if it were up to me I’d work along the lines of the Logo’s and put set helmets in.
9: Again Pointless, in ANY real race, once the First driver is over the line on the last lap, that’s it, each driver finishs the lap they are on, and the race is over. Where is the logic is making all drivers try to finish all laps? Pointless.
10: The Devs are working on this as we speak.
11: Useless
12: See #8
13: Would be a nice idea, but would be silly to implement as the data pool would be far too great.
14: Sponsors, I think we have enough to be getting on with; But I agree there should be some sort of Average set to the Objectives, for example your Objective could be your Average Position over the last 17 Races (current season calendar)
15: This is a Management game, designed to give ONE person the opportunity to get a taste of what it’s like to manage a racing team. In my opinion you are being silly with this, as it was stated before, how would you split the financials, it would be too complex.
16: Would be a nice idea, but idk how they would input this to the game other than adding another Staff member.
