Log in problems

Hi guys,

i've a problem to log in in my first of two accounts.
it doesn't work with facebook, e-mail or password reset. in all these opportunities i became the answer that this account isn't existing or its inactive.
i have this problem since the last server problems. on wednesday.

Hi Christian, which method do you use to sign in to your first account?

What is the manager name, team name of your first account? If it is in a league, what is the name of the league?

Hi Christian & Yunus, I've just had a similar problem! My primary account (my 'login with Facebook' account) has been re-written with 'log in with email' account! 2 separate emails though. So now my level 14 career is lost and I can't seem to get it back! Any help would be much appreciated. I think I'll stick with the 1 ACC if I can get it back :(

Hi Tom, to help you out with your primary, I'll need to know the manager name, team name, and the name of the league it is in.

I also need to know which account you log in via e-mail with.

Yunus, primary acc name is Tom Gallent, team name 'Gallent Grand Prix' and the league is called 'F1 Championship' and it's hosted by Daniel Kubesch. My secondary account i login with tomgallent@live.com. I've joined the league again with my 2nd account (which if I can get back on my primary one I'd like to delete) & im still showing 3rd in Elite.

Please try the steps below until I can get Jack to see what's going on:

1. Go to the password recovery form by tapping or clicking the link on the login page.

2. Type in the e-mail address of your Facebook account, then check for an e-mail at that address with instructions on signing in with a password.

3. Return to the iGP Manager login page and sign in with iGP Manager, not Facebook. Enter your Facebook account e-mail address and the new password from the e-mail.

4. Once you are signed in, make sure to change your password to something different and change your e-mail address to the desired e-mail address you’d like to sign in with.

Hi Yunus, tried to recover password twice but had no email. ??

Did you type in the e-mail address of your Facebook account?
If yes, did you try checking the spam folder?

I'm in trouble in the biography, not typing the text, what can I do to solve this?

I have the same problem
My main facebook account does not recognize it and it automatically gets me into the secondary account.

Hi Roni, it seems like you have two accounts correct? One logging in via Facebook and the other to a second account logged in via e-mail?

Please e-mail support@igpgames.com with the following information:

1) The manager name, team name of both accounts
2) The e-mail addresses registered to each account if there are any registered to them already
3) Show me specifically which account is the one you have lost access to
4) Show me which one is logged in via Facebook and which one is logged in via e-mail address
5) The e-mail address of your Facebook account
