Leave League without Penalty?

I have read through the forums to try and find the answer but most of the threads don't clearly answer my question.

Can you leave a league at the end of a season without being penalised?

Hi Simon, you can find the answer to your own question by trying to leave your league.

You can always leave a league without being penalised at the end of a season.

When you attempt to leave you will be required to review any possible penalties that will be applied to your account. If you accept the penalties, you will leave. If you deny the penalties, you can opt to stay in your league.

In your case, if you leave at the end of a season, you will see no penalties listed when you are required to review them.

Became winner of the league im in, no active host, en all alone in elite, so i go to another leageu, much stronger, but lost ol my car points as panalty :(

One season will allow you to build up a competitive design.

In the end of the league you can go to a new league whitout penalty i thougt, I loose 1 miljon every race now and score no points in the race

It's changed now, that was for the cash penalty, which has been removed entirely.

When you go to a new league, your design progress is adjusted in relation to the new league's season progress, which also account for the other teams cars design states I think.

Breaks, fuel, downforce etc, all at 1.
We where with the two of us in elite, the other player that left the league at the end of the competition got no penalty

Yes i left league which was inactive at end of season, and my all car design was 1
