I believe that the game will be much more real and a lot better if you put crashes and microdamage on the cars. This way they are gonna be extra pit outside of the strategy and according to the team manager it will be a win or a lose. Also with crashes there is never going to be a team that wins all the time with no enemy cause everything might happen.
