Auction

My drivers dont go on the transfer market when I Auction them. 15 times I have now tried. Does anybody know why?

Can you send a driver to auction and then provide a screenshot of the third tab, which may either say Contract or Auction?

I am having an issue with auctions as well. The driver and staff transfer market doesnt work. I dont get a bid time and even if I press buy now the driver/staff doesnt get added to my drivers list.
