Livery showing as black during races

I have uploaded my custom livery to my car several times now in the hope it corrects this bug. I chose three colours I liked and livery number 4 but once I uploaded it the small car you see in races and the side view were in black but the main pic wasn't. I thought that it just hadn't loaded properly and ignored it. However during my race my entire car tires included shown as black. I have now tried reloading the same livery with the same colours 3 times wasting 6 tokens total and still my car shows as black please can you help

ok its finally worked now, had to use my laptop to correct it, this issue still stands for the tablet though, what causes it?

Something in the app must be broken regarding the livery, I am reporting it now and will put in a request to return to you your tokens.

Did this happen in iOS or Android? What version of the iGP Manager app are you using?

Using android and don't worry about the tokens it's fine also how do I find out which version I have?
