Hi, I have some doubts about pilots.
What I have understood is that talent can't be trained and this is very important, the higher it is the faster will train the pilot, is that correct?
Another point is experience, how does it affect having more experience? how does it increase?
I would like to now if there are more special attributes that I might consider looking for a new pilot.
thanks

The higher talent is, the better the driver performs overall.

It is my understanding that experience increases by one every 10 races that the driver competes in.
The higher the talent the better will be the driver, but I don't think it has any effect on speed of training.

thank you everyone, but what about experience? is it important or it doesn't affect much?

I had a rookie win the drivers' title last season, and not in a league easy to do so at that. So even if experience somehow affects drivers I don't think it's that significant atm.

Perfect, apart of talent is there any attribute important that I may consider in my search of a new pilot?
THANKS

Apart from talent which can't be trained and therefore should be as high as possible and experience which will increase over time the remainder can be trained. Be careful that if the driver has five stars their weight is at minimum (51kg male or 46kg female). At 5 star you only get 3% progress each training click so it takes forever to get weight off a driver.

As female go lower are they therefore better?
