How can it be that a Technical Director has more stars in the transfers section than my current TD even though all his individual scores are lower?

Carst. Something that has been asked many times before but I've never seen a definitive answer from the developers. Popular opinion is that for backroom staff (not drivers) you can ignore the individual attributes, it's the stars that define how good the staff member is.

Hi Carst, Kevin's answer is correct. It's probably been a year now since the official answer was provided by Jack (lead developer and founder of iGP) is the individual attributes are not making a single bit impact on the performance of staff members and the only thing that defines them at the moment is how many stars they have.
