I made a payment for tokens about 20 mins ago and it normally goes in immediately. I have proof of purchase. Are there known issues of this at the moment of not can you look into this please?

1. The receipt you received via e-mail as proof of purchase
2. The e-mail address for your iGP account if there is one
3. Your team name and league name
