Team morale?

Two questions regarding the above. One: What exactly does this do and Two: How do I figure out what level team morale is at?

I'm guessing it just means they work harder, considering more morale would mean more motivation. As for team morale, I think each member has their own level of morale. Drivers have a stat, which you can see by clicking on them, whilst staff members (e.g Tech director etc) have a graph showing their morale.

The higher the morale of the team the less sex they have with each other.
