Transfer not possible many many times

Hi,

I've been playing since July and I've always had transfer problems.
Not possible for me to buy a driver or staff.
Sometimes yes, often not.

The countdown doesn't start and buttons seems desactivate

Hello to you J LoC and Siddhartha, to understand correctly, you cannot see the countdown timer?

Is this happening in the app or on PC? If on app, is it on iOS or Android?

If you cannot see the countdown timer, please access the game from a different wi-fi network or use a mobile data connection. This often resolves the issue.

Hello, I can't see the countdown timer on PC and App on Android.
Only use data connection, on phone and PC.
I will try wifi at work...

I don't recommend using the wi-fi at your workplace. Please go to a different wi-fi connection that is either public or if you have one at home.

With an other connection, it's ok.
