When i was in Rookie level, my team is the best team and I have completed most of the races with 1st,2nd or 3rd positions, when I was promoted to pro, The research showing my team is the best team, moreover I have best drivers everything is best, but I have completed the race last. I don't know why. can someone give some advice?

It'll help if you at least mention what strats & tactics you've done in general. Did you attend the live viewer? Did you overheat or grain your tyres? What strat did you do for what track, etc.
Managing tyre wear and tyre temps is important, as well as having a decent strategy, and once you get into a more competitive tier/league, KERS and DRS tactics become super important as well.
