Joint account!

Hi, I have two accounts set up on one email address and now whichever account I use it comes up with the same team and I cannot access my original Facebook account, please help!!!

Hi Taylor, if you can access either of the accounts, follow these steps to recover access to both:

1) Log in with the account you can access
2) Go to the ‘Settings’ page from the bottom of the menu
3) Change the e-mail address on the account to another valid e-mail address
4) Save changes
5) Logout
6) Use the ‘Recover password’ form and enter the original e-mail address, which will now only be associated with the account you can’t access

Then login details for the account you couldn’t access will be e-mailed to you, and you will finish with access to both accounts.

Hi, ive changed the email address but now when I try to recover the old account, it says email not recognised!

Okay, can you give me the manager name, team name, and league name of the account?

I can look it up and see if it is registered to an e-mail address. Also try using your FB account's e-mail address to see if that works.

Okay. The account you provided information for is not registered to any e-mail address. I did, however, find, two accounts under your hotmail address!

Please e-mail me at support@igpgames.com and I can set you up with access to your account again without revealing any sensitive information. Be sure to include what e-mail address you'd like to register to the account!

Hello. I'm having same problem as OP of this thread, however I can't create new thread for some reason. Could you help me to get access again to my account, which was created via facebook? I tried to do what was pointed in the second post but it didn't work (when I try to recover password, it says that e-mail is not registered). I hope for a quick response :)

Here are the details of the account I can't log in:

Manager name: Przemysław Wdowiarz
Team name: CAPS LOCK RACING CREW
League name: Mistrzostwa Polski Conquest Racing

I've put the request in, I'm going to go ahead and assume that the account you're posting with is the one you're being logged into incorrectly.

I'm using this account too (the one I'm posting with). But I want to get access to the account I posted earlier.
