Pilot suggestions

I have a question. My pilot suggests to use soft suspensions, and also https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread/8281 suggests the same, but i see that during tests medium suspension give a better time. What does it mean? What should i expect if i use medium suspension?
In general should i listen the pilot suggestions or search the better time?

This is a practice result. As you can see the lap time on hards is 1 sec apart despite the driver being on his recommended setup. Practice laps can show many different lap times and race lap times are completely different from these. If you have a doubt you can experiment on your own risk. I personally only use practice laps for fuel strategy and they are also not on point because of different push levels used in the race.

were the two laps on hard tyres made at the same temperature ? Did you repaired/changed engine on the car between laps ?

Everything was same, changed nothing between the 2 laps, the temperature was also same. I used all my setups for the fuel and I thought it might be useful so I took a ScreenShot.

Unfortunately practice times in this game do not necessarily reflect pace in the race. It's best to listen for your driver's ideal setup.
