Chief Designer bug

So my Chief Designer dropped from star 5 to 4.5 without my team upgrading a level. I know that when we upgrade a level that all of our staff will lose a star rating but what happened here was strange. I basically purchased a 5 star CD for 9 tokens, then saw that this one was better due to weakness stat so I decided to purchase this one for another 9 tokens and sell the other one. I am about 700 xp points before I level up so there was no way that this 5 star CD should drop from a 5 star to 4.5 star.

Did you buy your CD less than two days ago?

We recently made a change to how drivers and staff star ratings were displayed but there was an issue with how it affected headquarters star ratings. The change was rolled back, thus staff originally showing up as 4.5 stars who were finally displayed with 5 stars have reverted back to 4.5 stars (so on, so forth).

I bought it 3 days ago. It was definitely a 5 star when I paid the 9 tokens. Any chance I can be refunded the 9 tokens please as I already had a 4.5 star CD but then bought a 5 star (which I paid 9 tokens the same day) but purchased this one as it had a better 'weakness' but now it's actually made my team worse due to being 4.5 and not 5 star. All in all I bought 2 5 star CD's for 18 tokens and ended up with a 4.5 star CD.

Exactly same thing happened to me. I purchased a 5 star CD the other day and now it is a 4.5 star when I already had a 4.5 star. Please can I also be refunded the 9 tokens?
