Hoping for a quick reply as to looking at someone on the transfer market. A doctor rated 14 talent, 20 exp, 16 morale is 4.5 stars. That's the same as my doctor with 11 for all 3 stats. I'm level 11. Surely the doctor I'm looking at is meant to be 5 stars as well. My cd has 12 for all 3 and thats 5 stars. Not sure whats happening

edit: Nevermind, I just realized what the doctor isn't level 14, the doctor's talent is 14.
The system is broken...in a sense (you have to have been part of the old iGP to understand). The star rating only shows a staff member's level in relation to your manager level.
The talent, experience, and morale attributes are currently not making any sort of impact to the level of the staff. The only thing you should care about is the star rating. The attributes of the staff will not provide any benefits to your team, not any I know of.
So, if I'm level 9, I have a TD 5-star Level 9
But there's a TD 5-star Level 10 I can buy(maybe because I'm really close to level 10)
When I'll be Level 10, will he still be 5-star ? Or will he be 4.5-star ?
