Lend young drivers to other teams

I am posting an idea of Lukas Miller from our league "King of Kings". He suggested that it would be a good idea to get the possibility to lend out young rookie drivers to other teams for a while to let them improve their abilities. Sounds like a good idea to me as well...

Seems like it could be abused, not sure if it's a particularly good idea.

If everything can be abused their should be a way to prevent that so the legit players can have a good experience.

It's not a bad idea, that's done in other managing games.

But to make it work, the game contract system would have to be greatly improved so that the two managers can agree on the number of races the driver will be on loan. I would like to suggest a new system of contracts in some new thread.

my name‘s Lukas Miller ans I discovered The idea while I saw that in Formula 1 Ferrari likes to Lend a young driver I think His Name was Leclerc to Sauber. I Think it Would bring the idea close to reality and the Young drivers could make some experiences for being better After lending them out.

I'm in agreement with you, this sort of system would be rapidly abused, top teams would be able to 'lend' drivers to lower ones and vice versa so the drivers could be leveled/trained faster and as in the case of top team to smaller, the small team would get the benefit of a top tier driver there by dominating the tables without effort. no, this idea is NOT a good one and i suggest the Dev's close this thread.

This game was built and designed in all aspects to be fair and unbiased, i support this greatly.

Yep, this is a great idea. Loaning drivers is also in other manager games like Motorsport Manager and in other sports games (in this case players) like FIFA and Football Manager
