At the moment I'm on current level cap 3 and I can build design, manufacture and hospitality. When am I able to get simulator, youth and technology? Thanks in advance.

Normally you can see what level under the name of the facility, but it seems if a facility is being upgraded it goes away.

Hi Jmidd, if you go to the HQ page now it should all be there. We just discovered a glitch thanks to your post whereby the "available at level X" message wouldn't show if you had a construction project underway.

Thanks both for that, I must be awarded free tokens for the glitch being resolved ha ha, boost driver training says available at level 3 but it states at the top my cap level is 4 but I'm unable to access info when clicking over it.

You can't access a facility that hasn't been built yet when another is undergoing an upgrade.

Once your design facility is done upgrading it should all be working as intended.
