What happens with car design if I'd move from current league to another? CD is 4 star. And what would then be the best moment to do so? Begin or end of season in current or new league? Currently in pro tier of inactive league, last 3 races of season and sure of promotion to elite. Thanks in advance.

As I know, when you move to another League you get some points to balance your car to that League, but I haven't seen managers doing well when joining in the middle of a season.
Your design points to next season WILL be reset, so the best moment to move is in the season break in your League to season break in the other League.
