Viewable Lap times

Looking for a bit of help here, hopefully I'm not being thick but is there a way to view other driver lap times and tyre fitment on mobile, for example if I'm first and second with my two drivers I am able to see third place but can't see any other cars times of tyre fitment, I feel it's a disadvantaged when thinking about tactics ie is their tyre performing better and is that car catching me etc etc.

Currently, no there is not. It's been requested quite a bit by other players to allow this on phones. This was made like this due to the massive limitation of screen space on mobiles, but I think it may be time for them to consider doing something about adding it.

Just adding a tab at the top would be ideal and make the existing 4 slightly smaller.

Unfortunately it isn't as simple as making something smaller. Bigger phone screens will benefit but smaller phone screens won't, especially when the size of the phone screen is in the 4 inch range (not sure what that comes out to in mm atm).
