I cannot upgrade my academy. I’m level 10 and it’s telling me it cannot be made till level 7..

Hi, you can only upgrade one facility at a time.

That isn't supposed to show up there once you're past the required level, but it only shows up if you're upgrading a facility. I told Jack's about it a few days ago, but I think he's not had time yet to fix when the message is displayed.

Ok the image doesn’t help, but I’m sure it wouldn’t let me upgrade before I decided to upgrade design points, I will update when that upgrade has done.
