Just a couple of suggestions here:
Firstly, I think the hall of fame is fantastic so far, but I was thinking, maybe it would be good to add a section for drivers. There could be more than one way to do this as well. It could be as simple as taking the number of Championships, points, wins and podiums a driver has gained and giving them an overall ranking, or a whole new section for drivers, which gives ranking for the number of Championships, points, podiums wins and races competed in. This is essentially a carbon copy of the Manager/team hall of fame, but would allow us to view who the best drivers are.

My second suggestion is about practice. Currently, we have a great system, which allows us to work on the setup for the upcoming race. However, the system doesn't really allow us to get feedback on strategy.
I think, if I remember correctly that times for test runs would be added (although don't quote me on it), but maybe we should be allowed a number of practice runs before the 5 test runs we already have. In these practice runs, we can set the fuel, the tyres and maybe even push level to gain feedback on how fast our driver's are with different fuel loads, and can optimise our strategy based on the telemetry we gain, such as giving us a better look at tyre performance, wear and fuel usage.
I realise that this may not be the best idea, because it might take that element of surprise in a race, having to re-adjust your strategy, but I think it could definitely work well. The times could even be put on a board for all of the league to see, although this wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing, as they wouldn't be able to see if the time was set on worn tyres, high fuel, low fuel etc.
If we go a little more in depth, then we could do this in many different ways. It could be as simple as setting the fuel and tyres and then doing a lap, getting the time and carrying on that way. Or, we could be allowed a certain amount of 'runs'. In this, you select what type of run you want to do, for example, a race run, which would be a high fuel run, giving you feedback of a set number of laps, showing you the tyre usage and fuel usage. You could also do a qualifying simulation, which again, shows you a number of laps (fewer than the race run), which allows you to see how qick you can go, and then you could compare that speed to that of the other tyre. We could also incorparate runs that are inbetween those two extremes as well.

lol i always wanted to see the best drivers.
are you having trouble setting the car up?
usaully get 1 driver all feels good and the other needs 1 or 2 changes.

No, I'm not having trouble setting up the car, that's not the point of the practice. Setting up the car is very easy, but the practice is more about optimising the best strategy for the upcoming race.

Nice ideas. The practice stuff is on our agenda already, but the driver HOF is a new idea.
Noted for a future update.

yeh, some kind of free practice would be good even if its only for 15-20mins would give you a chance to see how the different tyre compounds work, and to see how you compare to the other drivers/teams so you can can adjust race strategy

Maybe something like there is now in F1.
2 practice weekends so everyone can check their car. If you would just have 2 practice days of 50 to 100 laps each in a season then you can decide yourself when and if you want to use it (since it will cost money to use your car etcetera). This could also be an excelent moment to let a potential new driver drive your car before you hire him. If you could also choose the 2 tracks you drive on these tracks will be your "home" tracks giving everyone an advantage above the competition. Because you have more information about fuel load and tire wear and whatever. Maybe something can be programmed so the driver has advantages on this track as wel, or maybe some disadvantages (i.e. Webber has never been on the podium in Australia)
It would have my preferences that you can choose your own weather conditions so you can test different tire compounds and settings.
This could be an excellent moment to spent money as wel. Cause you can pay a driver that is not working for you to drive your car, let say 20.000 per lap or whatever. Letting your own driver drive will be much cheaper offcourse (just the salary per race or somehting).

You can get these already to some degree when browsing drivers (except 'fastest driver', that would be giving the game away!).
Click the column heading on
this page to sort by age, weight overall skill etc.
