About 45 minutes ago there were some server issues which hindered certain screens from loading on the website and in the app. It has since been resolved, but it may be necessary to fully close the application and re-open it to clear away the problem.
Ryan Evans medal 50008 years 299 days ago Cheers for helping but it's still not working. It's shows the loading icon, it goes black for a second, then it shows a screen with a driver and a technician on. I've tried closing then opening the app and I've tried restating my phone

Try loading up Google Chrome (if you're on Android) and clearing the browser cache, then restarting the app again (close it first, then launch it again). I don't have many more ideas at this time for why that might happen, but I do know it could have cached an issue from earlier where the app wouldn't load for some people.
