Based on what is your bonus granted? I know it is on you race final position, but how it is set for your team and where (BEFORE) the race you can find it.

Hi Sebastian, the bonus is awarded based on your race objective.
The race objective is posted on the Home page after qualifying ends and the race is ready for viewing.

But my question was also, on what basis the goals are set? your current team status, position in the league, position in Q session?

Ah, yes, sorry.

The race objective is determined by your previous race finish position. So if you do very good last race, you may have to work harder or get the same finish position as the last race.

For example, I finished 4th in the last race, now for the current race my race objectives are to win 2nd or 3rd. If I finish 12th as my best finish position then most likely my race objectives at the next race could tell me to finish 10th or something like that.

Recently I got for objectives to 'Finish 2nd or better' however i'm a newby in Pro League and finished 9th and 10th in the first 2 races.
What could be the cause that I got this objective? I nearly lost 3,5 million dollars because of these objectives...

Please advise.

Your race objective may have been very high if in the previous race before that you finished very well in the race, either P1 or P2.
