Manager profile disappeared?

we have a manager in our league called C.Gabriel and his profile has disappeared! he was doing really well in elite then out of nowhere he is gone.

In activity tab in the league panel its still showing him as active. but it looks like he has either deleted his account (didnt know yu could) or been removed from the game.

i dont want to kick him until im sure hes gone. can a developer help me with this?

Seems to me like he deleted his account but I'm not sure.
