Race re-run requests

Not only Graeme & Chris has the game changed the time but its also changed our tyre set ups also. You go in and select all wets for the race and the game gives you Inters??? So if the race gets rerun lets hope that this is fixed also. Its not only costing us a race each time but money and coins to keep everything together each time it happens.

V8 Supercars Australia is a great league and it will be sad if it falls apart all because of annoying things like this!!

I know Kev, all aimed at getting rapid attentionz. Is very annoying considering i only race 3 times a week. All good. Thanks.

I posted twice in here to get a race rerun last week. What is the point in having a official race re run forum thread if it doesn't work. 

Yep totally understand what you are saying Kev and appreciate the work that everyone does. Like Chris said we only run the 3 times a week to be a bit more casual and to work in with peoples commitments so when this happens it lets the team managers down and thats where the frustration sets in. 

The only problem i see here is the time it takes to go through. If it could just be reset we would get on with things and be ready to roll on Wednesday for us, but if we ran every night like most do there is no way it would be sorted in time. Once again i know that is not your problem Kev but its just a general comment. Its now happened to us 5 times in 2 and 1/2 season. Chris has been there since i started this league and so he has been there for everyone of them hence his frustration. We got lucky once that Yunis i think it was just happened to be on and we got to run the race as per normal but it still affected guys who then didnt get set ups done. All of this only happens to us like 1 or 2 hrs b4 the race so the whole process is just way to quick to get fixed in time. 
It must have been a good stuff up though as i have had messages from our teams saying they had a lot of tyre problems. Eg it was a wet race and the water was at 3.5 at the start and i think it went to 3.8 at some stage but they had selected all wets for the race and got Inters in there stops and some even got Softs!! 
Lets just hope we can get some sort of answer as to what happened today so i can let my league members know.

Can someone please reset our race as we are all waiting for it to be done!!

I apologize to all of you who were not able to have your re-run requests fulfilled in time.
Unfortunately, I was quite busy outside of iGP and being tasked with checking this thread did not check as I was supposed to.
I see I also missed one request in my most previous posting, for that, I'm also sorry.
I'd like to make clear this is not a normal occurrence and will prevent this from happening again.

Graeme, I have set your league's race to re-run now.

For everybody else, the races cannot be re-run once the next race has taken place. If your league experienced a problem and your re-run request is unfulfilled, we can delete the results for a particular race and it will be taken out of the current season's championship standings.

If you would like to have the results for a particular race deleted, please note the following:

1. Only the league host is able to make the request
2. The race must be the in the current season for your league
3. Provide the name for the race and if possible, the race ID(s)

There will be tokens sent as compensation for the problem when the requests are fulfilled.

Ok but what about the time problem? as i cant not change that at all??? Its saying 6:20am today which has already past. Im +10.5GMT and run at 9:30pm my time.

Is this something that will happen again though? As its doing it quite regularly also now. I have sent an email with all the information in it so i know i may get a full reply through there as yet.

Hi Graeme, I'm troubleshooting this right now, however, I'm experiencing some difficulty in trying to get the correct time.
I have let Jack know to assist as soon as he can.

Thanks mate i have noticed that and yeah at least it is as close as you can get it for now. I did send out a message to all the teams to do there set ups so i will just let them know its 10 mins earlier the start!! I will see if after the race i can change it again and let you know here again if it works or not.
The worst thing is some of our teams just moved so they miss out on the bonus tokens!!

Hi Yunus I'm still unable to change the time to the correct time but i have left it where it is with that starts time of 9:20pm for me. I know that our new sister league is having the same problems as in unable to change the time also. The race ran all good so that was a positive. Just thought i would update you though about the time part.

hi gert. thanks for replying on something you have no idea about. there were other issues. i won last time at GB19 and as a responsible league manager was happy to suggest to replay or delete the race. mihai, who got 1-2 this time,was actually quite happy for a delete too.

Tony when the devs give each league to choose their tracks I suppose u could not choose to race at GB. 

Good morning, I need to restart the championship in our League, yesterday we should not have had a race and less at 00h, if it is possible to restart our championship to start today the GP Australia..thanks

Hi Gert! I took the 1-2, but I think is not fair to have the race like this. If the game has DRS and KERS on dry conditions, it should be played like this. The DRS not working wasn't the only issue, KERS also had very little effect. Also, Mediums were very fast for 8 degree temp, but maybe it's my mistake with the tyres, cause we've never raced properly on this circuit.
