Oh ok no worries. What I really want to do is get a 20 talent driver. I have an 18 that won the championship last season in rookie but how can I get a 20 driver that's 10 star? Is it impossible for Me?

Well, 10 star would be impossible but a level 10 driver with 20 talent luckily is not, but it can take a while to find one. In transfers drivers like that don't show up often, it requires quite regular searching through the offers. Then you can look for one offered here in the forum. Finally there's the Youth Academy but it should be built up to the currently highest possible level and then still might take quite some token before one shows up, depending on luck.
I'd go with the 18 talent driver for another few levels and then scout a talent 20 through the YA. The wage of a driver from the own YA is quite a lot cheaper. But as said, it is perfectly possible to scout one now as well but the chance would be lower and thus it'll cost more token on average.
