We'll have to disable them again until further notice.

Don't you have a dedicated environment to test it first? I feel like we're a bit (paying) beta testers here.

We can't duplicate the issue we are experiencing in the production environment in the development environment so are struggling to get to the bottom of it. Believe me, this is incredibly frustrating for us too. I'm sorry about your race.
