Service interruption (10 June around 04:00 GMT)

I am investigating this now.

Is it working now? The server management guys were doing maintenance to add extra security to the servers and didn't notify us of this. :( This was the reason for the problems.

The service was running 100% fine in the background, but viewers wouldn't connect to see the races that were going on. That was all.

I told them this and they quickly reversed what they were doing and it seems to have fixed the problem. I can only apologize... we keep getting things from third-party partners. Very frustrating.

If any leagues want their races re-run just post here and I will postpone them myself. The only catch is it will have to postpone all three tiers (Rookie, Pro and Elite) to keep the schedule in sync. If that's a compromise you're happy with, get the league host to post here making the request.

It's just a shame I wasn't home when it started. I could have caught it. It was chance that I went to my computer and checked the forum, then found out what was going on. What a weekend!

I'll make sure the server management don't perform maintenance in future without letting us know. It has only added fuel to the fire with the issues we had with Azure. They say things come "in threes" so we're at 2/3 now...

Those leagues are all postponed now, complimentary tokens + apology mails sent as well.
