Maybe developers should decide on a minimum number of races for rookies to create a league, 3 seasons maybe. Other time-frame suggetions welcome.

This issue really does need sorting one way or another. What's the point of playing the game with no possibility of promotion because of too many leagues with too few managers. I am in a league where the host kicks regularly to try and keep an active league but this can have a detrimental effect on promotion which leads managers to leave the game and maybe not return. I myself will not be promoted this season even though I will win my league, I will carry on but not all managers have the patience to wait 2 or 3 seasons for promotion.
