The current model is flawed imo

If you are in a league that race daily, you pay around (5.49/30) 18 pence per race. If you are in a league that race twice per week, suddenly you are paying 45 pence per race. A better option is to have 2D passes per race for people who don't need the premium feature, for example: 2.49 for 10 2D races pass.

I've said the exact same thing. I would love to see a pay-per-race / season for the 2D..

I would disagree, the drop is money would penalize the game's development and should remain as it is. It's up to the player to only race twice per week. Same as another subscription game, playing WoW for twice a week, eight times a month does not give you a reason to have to pay less. Monthly fees should remain.

Fair point I suppose.

I've also brought up the "pay per race" system in the past. I think it's a good idea but then as Jack said - What about if you spectate a race? It would chew through one of your 2D races. I'm sure they could have a system where specatating races was free or something though, but then this would allow for loopholes in the system, such as:

EG If spectating was free - One person has two teams. One team he pays for a cheap one month subscription, but doesn't ever join a league, so he can't ever use up his "pay per race" allowance. He could then create a second free team, and spectate all his races on his 2D account which would never run out. Voila, 2D forever. I mean sure you could never control kers and things of the such, but you'd essentially be able to see and control your own tyres forever.

If the spectating aspect was free, you would log into another account and watch your own race.

Exactly my point. If you paid by "pay per race" system, and spectating was free, you would essentially have 2D free forever.

I'm in an everynight league so I feel get the value of the subcription. There is not much point in subscribing otherwise. I do believe however that it should be more benefits to being a subscriber.

Maybe do pay-by-race, but make it so if you're spectating a race you're not competing in, you can't see tire temps? Seems that would solve it at least until tire temps aren't the hook to getting subscriptions.

2D spectating is premium-only, if you want to view a race with 2D it will cost you a race pass. imo race pass should be for casual players that race 2-3 times per week, doesn't care about extra stuff etc etc. If you want full function you probably should subscribe to premium

Monthly sub is fine, this won't change as it will be a loss in money for iGP.

So i'm absolutely fine with the cost of the subscriptions but i may have completely missed something. Since when is it an automatic renewal?
