black screen in race

good in the black screen and back. I had it on my race from 18h and 21h30 at the moment and 2 times his ma leave the race. For the numbers on the car, the update of the android version did not change anything there are still present. It's really bizard I do not understand everything has bug

We are sorry you are still experiencing the issue. Is it when you are spectating or viewing or both? If it is while you are managing is it happening after a certain action? 

Can you take a video and post it on here so we can review the actions you are taking, we are finding it hard to replicate here at the moment, as with most of the other bugs people are facing. 

Please be reassured we are looking deep into each issue which is why it is taking a while to get these issues sorted.

Not to hijack the thread, but im getting an error like this too - It started off as a black screen but has upgraded to odd graphics and a time out / unity error after about a minute. I've posted pics etc inthe bug forums, happy to install / do anything you need to help resolve this.

I've got android 6.0 and app with latest update. In previous versions there wasn’t any serious problems with race viewer but now app is unstable. During races suddenly I’ve got black screen and app crashes, it happens at least 3 times in 50% race with 1.5x speed. It didn't happen when I was attending other races as a guest but I’m not sure it’s credible observation because I was watching them only for a few minutes.

I didn't notice any regularity, it just happens. Eg. black screen appears when my car is really close and also when I have big gap to others. In one race it happened on lap 3 when others started to use auto-KERS, in the other one it came just after getting notification that driver is heading to the pit lane. In other cases I couldn’t find a reason - for sure changing push level is not one of them and using of KERS probably not either (generally I can use KERS without any problems). I reinstalled app, cleaned caches, etc. but app is still crashing. It seems that race viewer needs more memory than previous versions, so maybe there is something.

I’d be glad if you can solve it, coz I lost a lot of points in 3 out of 4 last races.

Ps. Also chat in race viewer has some lags and it’s difficult to write or send something. Buttons do not react.

The trouble only happens when I live on my race. if I look at another race, I'm not worried. for the appearance of the black screen this and very random. there is not really a moment where exactly. currently I try not to go on the cat because before the black screen bug I remember that writing on the cat was slowing down my live. I'll get you back here before any race. I'm not another camera to film my race and send it. I will be even more attentive and see if the screen really appears on a more precise action on my part. thank you in advance

Another race and again the same problem - black screen and app crashes. Since the last update, this has happened in every race at least 3 times. It's really annoying, because when I have to restart app my driver is wasting KERS (today I lost 87% of boost).
