If he told you the game would be a little easier, no?  Experience will reveal all if you pay very close attention.  I certainly have no idea but I will start the search

Does the driver tyre management trait really exist?

No.

I would expect workrate to be effecting tire management at the moment.

Though this needs to be confirmed and I won't be testing this until I have finished training attacking.

Out of interest David, do you still let your tyres go bright red and THEN back off with your drivers, before scratching your head as to why you've finished a whole pit stop down on the exact same strategy as me?

Never ever let the tyres go red.. Don't even let them go pink if you can.

That is .. if you want to be fast :D

ive learned that it is never a good idea to push you driver when your tyres are already warm, aside from the damage you car gets which is rather excessive for the game, the tyres start wearing out more and you get less grip anyway, if my sim racing days has taught me anything is that overheating tyres dont produce any extra grip, it just makes the car more difficult to drive and ends up causing more damage to the tyres.

i typically tell my drivers to push the moment they are out of the pits to warm their tyres up a bit quicker, despite a little tyre used up during that time, to get on the pace 1 lap extra is crucial during a tactical racing game with your opponents. the best way to go about it is pushing only when its required and not more then that or risk loosing chunks of time over the duration.

i wonder how is possible that a level 9 driver go faster than level 11 and 10 drivers...in my last league race the level 9 driver of my opponent was very fast and he had a better management of tyres temperature than all the rest of drivers.

my car is around 90% and opponent's car should be about the same or less than 90%!

here's the link of the race
http://igpmanager.com/play/?url=race-result/92241#race

look at my opponent's drivers:
olivia bell (level 9) -------------> 1st in the race
hendrika bont (level 11)------> 4th in the race

they used same strategy and if you look at the driver's chart, the level 9 driver have less or equal skills than level 11 driver in all skills (speed, physical, mental, defending, attacking, technical)
so, how tyres temperature works??

is there someone can help me to understand?

Could be an abundance of things. I was going to say physical, but Nakagawa has maxxed out his physical stats, so I can throw that idea out the window. Maybe suppliers? What suppliers is the person who came second running? Qualifying will have a big play in the results there though. Bell qualified pole, she has an easy cruise for victory. Being in front > sitting back in second and waiting until the end. If you're running the same % cars I dare say Nakagawa would have pulled a very dominant lead if he managed to get out in front by dumping his kers - If they are both free users you're kinda out of luck there, unless you mix up your strategy and try do an extra lap over the leader to make up some time while they are on cool tyres.
