Free parts issues

I performed your steps and then reinstalled the app 

I have not reinstalled. But the reset identifier has not solved the issue.  

I can try to reinstall 

Mine was disabled, I took the next step to reset, nothing changed. I tried several times in different times: the problem is the same.

I have relayed the feedback here to our developers. Are you all still unable to watch ads entirely? Have you been able to view some, even one ad?

I can watch them but I have to kill the app several times to get it working. 

Can take a long time to get enough parts to repair a car.  Feeling very disadvantaged 

We're still investigating for possible reasons why this is happening.

Those who are still experiencing the issue, please try the following steps below. Some steps you may have completed, but there are new steps.

Check that 'Limit Ad Tracking' is disabled. If enabled, please disable it.
To check for this, open Settings.
Then, open Privacy.
Scroll to the bottom of the list and open Advertising.
If 'Limit Ad Tracking' is enabled, tap the toggle to disable it.
Lastly, tap on 'Reset Advertising Identifier...' and confirm the action.

In Settings, open Safari.
Scroll down to the Privacy & Security section.
Check if 'Prevent Cross-Site Tracking', "Block All Cookies', and 'Ask Websites Not to Track Me' are enabled.
Please disable these if they are enabled.

Then, end the iGP Manager app's background process and relaunch it to see if you are served ads. Like previously, if you don't see any ads right away, try waiting several hours before trying again. Let us know what results you get.

Mine was enabled and I have now disabled, closed the app, restarted the phone (to the Apple logo screen) but I still cannot get free parts for watching ads as they don’t play.
I press once and get a brief flash of the loading circle but nothing happens.
The button is still active but on the second press it just hangs with the three dots on it. The app however doesn’t freeze and I am still able to navigate the game.
I hope this helps as it is massively frustrating.
I believe too it was after an update or since I purchased tokens.
I hope this is a big and not a built in feature to make me spend my tokens on more parts as this would be unfair and expensive.

YES!!! Just managed to watch an ad (I never thought I’d be so happy for this soul sucking process ha ha) but sadly it was an ad for BIGO Live and had a young girl shaking her bum/dancing.
Everyone knows the type of scum that use apps like this (just read the iTunes comments/reviews to find out) I just thought you folks at iGP might what to know and separate yourselves from this type of advertising.

Good to hear, I hope other users chime in soon so I know if it really works or not! Were you able to watch 10 ads though?


Also, to address your concern about this being some way to force players to spend their tokens on parts, we aren't trying to do anything of that sort. The problem seems to be occurring only on iOS devices, as no users are reporting a problem from Android.

Sadly I got only two parts but now it’s back to doing it’s old trick of hanging.

Thank you for clearing up about the suspect game play. I didn’t actually think this was going on but thought I’d mention it, in case it wasn’t just coincidence.

I had to spend tokens. Ferry frustrating as I use them for other areas.  


Now I’m not getting any. Been 24 h and no adverts at all. I’m down to 1 part unable to get any. 

Okay. This might sound crazy, as I'm troubleshooting in the dark now. How often do you guys use the browsers on your phones — which do you use (Safari, Chrome, etc.) and how often do you use it?

I also took the last steps with safari, I managed to see three videos, then the same problem was presented. I restarted the application without results. However, I am positive: maybe you are on the right track.

For the forum all the time as in the iPhone X the buttons are covered by the camera. 

Update.  I still have not even be presented the button now for over 36 hours.  I know it’s not always there but now it’s just gone.  

Can’t even test anymore. 

I only play the game on my iPhone7 (currently using the latest software)
I have just screen recorded it if you want to see the issue?

I use safari, every day, several times a day.

I have same issues as everyone else and have tried all your advice for solution but unfortunately still only able to get one free part then craps out

One last thing I forgot to add, can you please go back to Safari in Settings and at the bottom, tap Clear History and Website Data. After doing this, please go back to Privacy and reset your advertising identifier one more time.

This time, there is no need to end the app's background process and then re-launching the app.

This morning no chance to get the free parts. I cleaned  Safari and Privacy, restarted the app but whithout results: the button after the click become grey, like you know.

I can’t test anymore. 

I now have not seen the button for a few days.  I am now unable to get any parts and I’m trying to store some before next season. It means I have lost out on 20-30 parts right now.
