Oh, Thank you Shaun. I know that for the 'finish the race' one, both cars have to finish as I have been robbed of money when only 1 car fonish. I've never had another target since stating 2 car league.

Don't worry about all of the questions. 
The prize money is based on your sponsors (see the sponsors heading in the game). At the beginning of a race, you will see a target. 
For the following, I will explain. You will begn to see a pattern

Finish the race- You must finish the race with both cars. 

Finish 10th position: I think you have to finish 10th or above with both cars (if anyone else knows, feel free to correct me)
