Unable to go into race

Hi all, we're working to make progress on this issue and want you to know we aren't ignoring this.

Can you all tell me one thing — when the loading progress halts or freezes, what does the text underneath the loading bar say?

Mine always says reason: 3

I need help too, i have win vista and i already clean cache and everithingh, but im stuck at 90 % loading screen when i try to watch races, help me pls, i cant see any options to change to low settings in options.
Thks for the attention, pls help me. 

PS: Is there minimum specs ?
I have 3GB ram, 2GB free

Unfortunately, that doesn't directly answer the question. If you can tell us what text you see under the loading bar when its progress stalls, it might provide us clues about the problem.

Also, just to be clear, when it disconnects in the middle of the game, do you mean during the race? Can you describe what you see when this happens?

 It says a reconnect or something like that
