I have had a quick look at your teams.

You're a L19 Manager with a L17 CD. He's a L17 Manager with a L17 CD. And you only hired your CD 4 races ago when you were already L19. Yet you say...

I‘m expierenced enough to do the right thinks.

But not experienced enough to realise that a CD two levels below your Manager level puts you at an enormous design disadvantage early in the season. Change your CD as soon as possible but you won't get the full benefit until the season after next unless you use the leave/join exploit during the season break.

BTW. The 23 second win was your last race in Monaco. If he knows how to race Monaco and the rest of you don't then a 23 second gap isn't surprising.

I was not aware that it is a lvl 17 CD... I‘m wondering that a lvl 17 CD has 4,5 stars if I‘m lvl 19...

But the rest is not helpful...

You shouldn't go around saying people are cheating then just because they are beating you. You can't cheat on this game. I feel sorry for the person winning, being accused of cheating just because he is better than other players.

Please don't say cheating is impossible! How do you know? Every software has bugs. Always! If u able to find these bugs, u might use them to your advantage, i.e. cheat.

Some weeks ago I found a couple of serious bugs. Reported them to iGP. They reacted quickly. These CSRF stuff from the blog is the one they let u know about. There was more fixed in that release as well.

But again: Right now we hopefully have some bugs less than weeks ago. I don't know any bug right now, but they are there. There are always bugs. Hence, there might always be cheats.

@Mods: please don't delete my posts. I think this is a very helpful insight in software development.

While everything is susceptible to bugs, these types of bugs are really hard to find. I doubt very much that a good engineer will dedicate himself to taking advantage of a game instead of working to make money (it's absurd).

Cole found several weeks ago a bug that could be considered as these cheats, but we know if parameters of this type are altered or not, and there are no signs of this happening.

We really appreciate your help, but please stop sowing chaos in the forum, your comments are being extremely damaging. We have never detected a real case of users taking illegal advantage of these practices. Your comment only fuels the debate, leaves the moderators as liars and encourages some bad hosts to unfairly expel the best players. I ask you to reconsider your position and comments. Thank you. Alexander, you say you`re aware the same question has been asked before, right? Equally you should also be aware of the responses and due consequences.

The very fact you`re reluctant to accept fellow managers` wisdom suggests that you`re dead set in the belief he`s cheating. He is not!!!! Save yourself the hassle by simply apologizing in your league`s chat wall and this thread and moving on.

We have a few threads pinned on the forum, it looks like we need one that berries this issue once and for all.

How can you not be aware you have a L17 CD? (see below).
You can ignore star rating for CDs because it only represents the difference between your manager level and that of the member of staff. For CDs level, strength & weakness are the most important factors.
I also don't understand how it is unhelpful to inform you that a low level CD will be detrimental to early season performance. If you are defensive and don't accept advice from experienced managers you are not going to improve.

I'm attempting to explain to you that your competitor is most likely not cheating and that he isn't being aided by some hidden attribute. I'm trying to point out a major problem you have with your team but clearly you don't want to know this, instead you'll just accuse everyone of cheating.

You clearly have no desire to learn from others to improve the way you play the game. This is most likely the reason you're being comprehensively beaten by a manager two levels below you.

I will now do as you suggest and go away because you are obviously easily annoyed by people trying to help you.

To answer your question and what others have done too:

1. No cheating is not possible. The game runs on it's own servers i think so things you get from the internet like free 999999 tokens (I'm guessing that's what's out there) would not work. But there can be bugs in the game which can allow you to get a better performance, but they are usually patched in no time, I'm guessing from what cole said. I've never found any bugs enabling more speed
2. There are hidden skills in different ways. Managers can have different ways of playing than us, and have found a way to be faster what others haven't found. But there is no hidden skills on drivers from what i know. Apparently there used to be in the old version but not now

To answer your question and what others have done too:

With 2 CDs, assuming that they were at least 4.5 star, the next season car would be 50+50+43+43= 186 "big four" points. Any team that was running 3 CDs would have a 50+50+49+43= 192 "big four" points and finally a 4 CD team would give 49+48+48+48= 193 "big four" points.

Those six (or seven) points a team that owns only 2 CDs are behind on car development are decisive for race pace during at least the first 4-5 races (assuming that this team does research better than competitors), so no, there aren't race pace cheaters.

Here's the light at the end of tunnel:

Now have 19 races and everything changes, because cars will start in a balanced fashion: 50+48+48+48 teams with 1 CD; 50+50+48+48 teams with 2 CDs; 50+50+50+48 teams with 3 CDs; and 50+50+50+50 teams with 4 CDs.

What I'm trying to say is that the 4 CD teams aka. sometimes as "cheaters" will be relatively slower next season and hopefully less people are going to feel that cheating race pace is possible.

Can I ask you more informations?

- What are the normal starting attributes at the beginning of the season for a level 20 manager in every car attributes (not considering CDs' strenght and weakness)?
- Can a level 19 (4.5 stars) CD reach 50 points? In how many races? 6? 7?
- The post said: "4CD = 50+50+50+50". But… I thought a CD needed min. 6 races in order to reach 50 points... how is it possibile 50x4?
