"Jack

Murray: "And there are flames coming from the back of Prost's car as he enters the swimming pool."
James Hunt: "Well, that should put them out then."

Tell me which race that was!

I gather there is a corner in Monaco called 'The Swimming Pool'?!
I don't know which year this was said.

Although the quote is attributed to Murray Walker it is really James Hunt's reply that is funny.

That and - Martin Brundle "How are your chances Jenson?" Button - "Eddie Jordans shirts." Brundle "That bad then hey?" lololololol

Even though I can't remember Murray Walker being a commentator, I have seen and heard some of his 'Murrayisms' on youtube and mine has to be when Nigel Manells tyre explodes at Adelaide and he goes "AND LOOK AT THAT, ITS MANSELL. THIS MIGHT CHANGE THE CHAMPIONSHIP AND IT WILL CHANGE THE CHAMPIONSHIP". I would also like to say Happy 90th Birthday to Murray Walker for yesterday.

there seeems to be a problem....Rights agreements mean that BBC iPlayer television programmes are only available to users in the UK. However, if you have previously downloaded a programme onto your laptop or portable hard drive from BBC iPlayer while in the UK, you can then watch it anywhere in the world. Most radio programmes are available to listen live or on demand outside the UK, in addition to podcasts, although sporting and other programmes may be subject to rights agreements. However, we are aware of demand for an international version. BBC Worldwide has recently launched the BBC iPlayer App for iPad and iPhone in various countries. Visit the BBC iPlayer (Global) YouTube channel for further information.
