Issue of reputation

If retired teams have 10000 forever, where is the challenge to reach 10000 if you will be always one of many and not one of few, even when you are, for example, one of the best 10 managers in the game? Why should I "fight" to be the 357th with 10000 rep? 

Ah, sorry, there are Asians that want to retire teams without losing reputation, so, no challenge for everybody!!



I think we can close the topic because devs is going to remake a brand new reputation calculation system in future as what Kevin said. 
The main reason that I have written the thread is just to point out the problems & issues of our current reputation calculation system. Giving "farmer" idea is always not my main purpose.

Lai, I appreciate that English is not your first language and I have a lot of admiration for anyone that can converse in more than one language. But...


...I just want to make it absolutely clear I never said that the Devs are making a brand new system, what I said was that IMO we need a new system. I'm a moderator, not a member of the iGP Staff, I have no more of an idea than you what features Jack and his team are working on.
