There is a simple solution: have it as an option.

Similar to how we have different race distances and race speeds (some people love 100%, some people prefer a shorter race format, some people love x2.0 speed, some love x1.5 speed)

This can be done through the Host, in the league settings, so as many managers can enjoy the game as they see fit ^_^

And this can also be applied to Safety Cars/Yellow Flags/VSC, as clearly indicated from a previous Forum poll, one format for the Safety Car/Yellow Flags/VSC is not going to work for everyone.

but if they ban refuelling your car will be heavy as you carry the whole race worth of fuel, running ss on that would be a massive waste

It wouldn’t, as the difference between each tyre would be noticeable as everyone would be at the same fuel level.

I do like the idea of the option for each league, makes perfect sense to me.

Hello. Suggested fine tuning.

1. You select a quantity of fuel you start the race with. You may start light and not push your engine as hard, you will use less fuel, and will not have higher fuel use through the rest of the race. (Harder push limits are resteicted) you could start with extra fuel onboarding that you do not need for a medium push level, but you can push the engine harder and increase fuel flow rate to increase power for more hp in the race.

2. This option should be league dependent

3. This should be a different setting than the push level on the driver/tires. More hp doesnt mean you work the tires harder, you can charge down the straight and baby it in the corners.

I agree as no refuelling would give a safety car some actual meaning in strategy an make it more realistic

I agree with all 3 suggestions

I personally would quit using DRS because people can't lose it. I would leave automatic DRS on the planes, not for players to use DRS, and players will show for themselves what they have accomplished from their own strategy and not help each other by using DRS.

otherwise, it's everyone who chooses the strategy on the Tires and how much fuel he refuels in the race. and I would also welcome an added qualification and not for the leagues to hinder people who are no longer active at all but cars still race just take up space for active players so the qualification would pay off to show who is an active player and who is not!
