I would suggest if people have specific issues with their account then log a ticket with the help desk.
Thanks Jack and all the team - this has got to be a massive improvement - even if a few people seem to have lost out somehow - which I am sure can be fixed if they follow the correct procedure.

I'm so glad about this because considering that last night I had put up a thread and setup my cars and then I just logged on to find out both the setups and the thread had gone I started to fear I was losing my mind haha.

I hate this! I lost my level up, my staff and my time! And hour of my life wasted...........
It's so harsh when members (especially non-paying ones) lose their time and effort due to a game issue which takes hours to fix.
Notice my huge sarcasm.
My League was not effected... Why would I need to get time taken back?

Because iGP weren't able to fix the issues (quickly) for only specific people/leagues. Be more considerate to others and the staff especially.

I did post a support ticket, but just thought I'd put it out in the forum as well. I lost my engine supply for some reason. I ran the last race with 0 engines available, and now it says today that I still have 0 engines left. The strange thing is under the Assembly tab, some of the parts are at 100%. So, it appears part of the replacements that I did on Tuesday held, and part was forgotten. Sounds like it may have been something that happened during the restore of the servers. Only reason I'm concerned is this season is the FIRST time that my driver is in the lead in the Championship.
Thanks for everything you folks do. It still boggles my mind how a system like this can work all over the world. Computers are pretty cool...

LOL - when I see the trouble I have with LAN games how this even exists - I don't know.
