JAVA broken on my pc specifically

Going to take a final stab at it tonight and try all that has been suggested, even the stuff I already tried, sorry kind of took a break from trying for the past week since I enjoy iGP and would rather not associate it with JAVA issues but I'll post here if it's working by tomorrow.

Also thanks to everyone who has either weighed in on this or provided a suggestion trying to help me out. I really do appreciate it even if it isn't being conveyed in text via the posts :)
