SC/VSC keeps being suggested over and over even after it failed miserably when it was implemented (probably by newer or inexperienced people i guess)
Most people - at least the top managers - don't like RNG, and all that SC does is to add even more RNG to the game. So it's obvious that most people won't like it, and it's kinda dumb to have the same kind of thread every 2-3 weeks instead of having other useful suggestions.
Time to move on from this topic imo.
That's not even my personal opinion on the topic btw; it just is what it is, a waste of time to keep arguing over something that most likely won't be brought back

SC is an excellent way to give a minimal chance of an almost decided race to change.

So basically allow someone else to win by luck and not skill/strategy? You really expect those that have spent countless hours pouring over data to be better managers not to be toxic about that???

So friend, the option to be toxic is yours alone.
But what you and many others here need to understand is that the game doesn't belong to you.
But unlike you, people who would like an SC know that the game must reach more people. So, both I and the others, we suggest an option to turn the SC on and off, so that you can continue playing like today.
Furthermore, with the possibility of a car breaking down or the driver running on the track directly linked to the driver's experience and the car's unwinding, it is not luck, but a capacity for development.
But as a suggestion, if you don't want to hear about SC, don't go into the topic. After all, we already know your opinion and at least for me it doesn't matter. Unless it's productive!

Oh so it’s because of your suggestion that I can continue playing, and if I don’t like your suggestion I shouldn’t reply because you already know and my opinion doesn’t matter to you.

Thanks a lot, not toxic at all

Well, actually what I said was:
If your opinion isn't productive, better not talk.
Any opinion with foundation and education will always be welcome.
The problem is the way some treat people who make the repeated suggestion.
Everyone's intention is to make the game more competitive and fun and this type of treatment does exactly the opposite!

Well here is my opinion with foundation and education: as last time vsc brought up frustration and chaos, lets not go there again. Also, gauging from the poll and the majority of reactions in this and past posts, community is against it.

Bringing this up every 2 or 3 weeks will not change this, furthermore as you experienced, regardless of good intent, it antagonises the community more and more

I agree that topic repetition is boring.
But this repetition is not the fault of the manager, but of the IGP, which does not organize this forum.
It's simple, suggestions are taken to moderators and only moderators can open a new suggestion thread. In this way, we centralize the same subject and avoid attrition among managers.
But it's important not to treat new managers aggressively. After all, this only makes them abandon the game.
When there is no one to play, the game is over. That simple!

Didn't work last time out.  Won't work now, in my opinion...

Safety cars would look nice in a 3D version. Each iGP has its own car. In national racing colors

Red Ferrari, Alfa in Italy and Lamborghini (welcome to 80's) in Monaco, white Benz, Porsche (again 80's) or BMW in Germany and Austria, green Jaguar or Aston in UK, blue Alpine or Peugeot in France, white & blue Corvette/Mustang/Challenger in the States. Romantic

But the reasons for safety cars? Someone's car has broken down, a safe car comes out. Lagging behind pull up, and after safety car is gone overtake the leaders, who lose valuable points or even victory. Not bad in principle, it makes every race unpredictable

But if all the inactive managers, whose cars break down all the time, are kicked out of the league, the races will be the same as it is now. And the meaning in the safe car is lost

Yes, this will reduce the number of inactive managers who don't care about both the game and team. But not more. Also a reason for leaving for active managers who have lost valuable points and even podiums. Because someone in general didn't care about the game and team, others must lose precious points or even victories?

Plus getting a series of another bunch of bugs and lags due to upgrades for a beautiful pictures... very dubious pleasure

Kicking of managers is up to the league hosts.  They do not have to if they do not want to.  It is up to you to pursuade your league host to boot those teams out.

The idea of a safety car is awesome.. the way game Devs implented it? Very bad there was no thought or reason it was simply dumped into the game, of course it didn't work there are 0 random factors in the game ( which is bad imo) so the safety car was only ever used when inactive users retired and even then everyone cried because they saved boost for the final lap and safety car blocked that lol
Safery car idea is a great idea but for a game with 0 random factors it's pointless.
