I’ve not had any adverts for 2-3 days and is starting to affect my parts/cash/training.

Before this I couldn’t X out of an advert, but if I clicked on the top RHS Corner where the X used to be, it would exit the game and credit the parts/cash/training.

On Android the latest version appears better but still not quite 100%.
Something odd is happening with me, that the very first ad I watch Every day since the update Never gives me the reward. All subsequent ads do though.

Hello, another update. Although I have installed all recent game updates, ads are still not shown.

Again, this is severely impacting gameplay and results in a huge disadvantage against other players. A response from support would be appreciated as well as coin compensation.

What device are you using, Android or iOS? If it's the latter it's easily possible that nothing can be done about it as the recent changes introduced by Apple about tracking means that the ads network can't retrieve the metrics they used to, limiting their ability to market their services to their customers and thus don't bother to serve those devices currently, until a solution is found. Don't know if playing around with opt-in options may solve something there or not.
