This might be a stupid question - but have you checked that your email is definitely entered correctly on this page?

I just tried it myself and got the reset email immediately. The other thing to check is the spam folders and search them for the terms "iGP" or "Team Request Reset". Let me know if you find anything and try again.
Also, which email service provider are you using? Maybe everyone that isn't getting them is on the same provider, then we can work out why they are blocking our emails.
Jack, I reset one of my teams today and it worked fine. But at first I looked for the email on the in game team mail page but then snapped that I should be looking on the email that I signed up with. I hardly ever look at those secondary email accounts and forgot thats where I needed to look.
I'm old and my mind has gone dittzy.
