Here it now works without VPN, the problem seems solved.  I hope it.

Multiple confirmations of this coming in now, thanks for clarifying.

That's great news. Now we can resume work on the league rules update!

We are aware of the issues many people are experiencing loading the race viewer and livery editor currently. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this is clearly causing many of you who just want to enjoy a race. We understand where the problem is, it's a new translation file uploaded in preparation for the league rules update, but we are now working to understand why this is a problem and how to fix it.

UPDATE / TEMPORARY SOLUTION:
We believe the issue relates to how cloud services are distributing our files. We have multiple confirmations that using a VPN to download from another location gets things working. This suggests that it may be a problem with servers in specific regions/locations serving the files. Until we can address the problem with the service provider we recommend trying a VPN if you have one. Hopefully the solution for everyone won't take much longer...

We are attempting to clear the cache on all cloud services now in an effort to ensure people are served the right file. Please report if you are still having issues after this post and if clearing the app data or reinstalling does not fix it.

12:19 GMT - SOLVED
Multiple reports coming in now that the issue is resolved with or without a VPN after forcing the cloud services to refresh and clear their cache globally.



Borrando los archivos caché de la aplicación en mí celular me permitió ingresar a una carrera aleatoria en el juego lo cual ayer no pude lograr en todo el transcurso del dia, no puedo confirmar si desde el juego en formato de PC se solucionó el problema pero seguramente tendré que desinstalar el juego y volverlo a instalar...Ojalá todos lo puedan solucionar!

Latinamerica. Im playing from Costa Rica with hungarian language and sometimes (8 of 10) i have loading issue too. The only working solution is if i restart the router for computer. Or change wifi to cellular / cellular to wifi for mobile.

Hello Jack! I'm from Brazil, mine started working again, I just cleared the cache and opened the game and it worked, I don't use vpn. I believe there are still other players with the same problem.

Clearing data solved the issue ? at least for me ?

Last night the issue only seemed to impact people in Latin America for some reason (using Portuguese and Spanish translations). When I rolled the files back to the older versions the problems seemed to spread to a much wider impact, and it's interesting that you say it's resolved after the latest change. I wonder if people in Latin America still have issues?

If you are describing that your own firewall blocked it then it's a local issue, not someting we would look in to unless all firewalls are blocking it by default.

Jack switching to a new VPN(USA) the game runs, even with the Portuguese language selected.

If you switch the VPN off again does it still work? It might because the files might be cached locally now.



Jack, I just took the test without the VPN, and it really worked ?? , I was able to get into a quick run, apparently problem solved 

Ok, thanks for the quick replies, it really helped to have someone checking this who was experiencing the problem.

Next we are going to clear every possible cache we can on our cloud servers in the hope that it rids the system of any corrupt files, and people can download the right file without having to use a VPN.

If, after this post, people are still having issues, we want to hear from you.

Still only get awful music and a grey screen on my laptop. And that's with and without using a VPN. Any ideas?

That's correct local Firewall was blocking above ports 10000. Must not be an issue on win pc / mobile. So far just finish a race and all good
