Is the game supposed to constantly favour higher lvl players ?

I undestand you 100% ... you could check the elite managers levels before entering a league, could help you to aboid strugle in last places.
I think same as you... is boring and frustrating stay out of top 3 or top 6... and very hard to make some sweat to a lvl 14 player. I reseted my team because that.
And of course if you want to take advantages to win.. the best form is searching or asking in the forums. There are a lot of tips, strategies that can you make more faster or more quicker.

The advantages of top level players like all games of lvl system type,, allways top level players have best stuff.

And i can continue. Sure is the case of other leagues in elite tier with only 2 teams alternating the 1-2 places... VERY VERY boring and frustrating... Like real F1.. no action, no competition. Add to this the absolute boreness on chat.

Some of that guys dont mater about other players only want his reputation on top 10 top 50 or wathever....

hi tim and james , you both make valid points and i agree with what you say .. BUT .. i dont think anyone should have so big a advantage that there unbeatable when your in the same league lvl as them ! People have been saying for ages that the player base for this game is falling. i think this may be one reason for that.. how many seasons will it take me to be able to compete with this lvl 17 guy ? Dont forget he is lvling also at the same time so will probably be 20 before i am 17 .. ITS taken about 2 seasons for me to get from hitting lvl 7 to nearly lvl 8 and it takes longer to lvl each new lvl .. so i assume your talking months and thats playing everyday .. if theres no way you can win a management game no matter how you manage your team theres a flaw somewere ..


You talking at least 8seasons to get a driver up to the experience level of 16% but that's based on 100% everyday leagues maybe others leagues are different
