Way way way way... and I can not emphasise enough way over trained..

Honestly they are over trained and you are losing about 3 to 5 seconds a lap to if you had them trained right..

You would be better to dump them both and get 2 new ones to train again.

Don't touch the Mental and Technical and 1 other stat needs to be at 18's and no better.. I'll let you find that one out. ;)

I know what you are talking about & I have seen it time and time again otherwise known as the level 13-14 speed bomb as we joked about it in work :D

The way you all train the drivers I do the other way around I start with the things you all leave out lol :)

Or tried over the years... The guy who has done all the tests is no longer racing but he pops back now and then to see what is what.

It just became common knowlege because people was told about the best combo to have closer racing and not 1 guy shooting off.. So if all know the basic formula.. It's closer racing and more fun.

driver work rate & aggression 1% means you can use higher push levels for longer before tyres start over heating I found that out by accident

Edit - forgot to write their meaning
Discipline - Ability to follow orders & How clean of a driver they are.
Mentality - How they react to orders & being hit by another car.
Initiative - How well they manage their KERS & stay behind a car they are lapping coming up to DRS line.
Error - Ability to control the car when late braking & keep the car on the race line.

forgot to add Braking ability so there is 5 :P
Adaptation - Ability to continue to drive with a damaged car. this list could grow and grow at this rate :D now there's 6

There is no vehicle damage in igp though.

Hence why there are only 3 actual stats and the 4th box is empty for use later on that wasn't used.. :D

But it will be on it's way hopefully once they have Mobile & Tablet Apps up and running they can go back to updates :)

Adaptability, Initiative, Discipline & Error you would say are already there,
car gets a broken front wing or puncher car carries on slowly
Driver can do kers themselves
you tell driver how hard to push
car never leaves the track unless the connection is pinging like mad & cars and bouncing all over the screen ;)
